General Provisions & Eligibility

• Only one account is permitted per person.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Tea Baji may request your national ID, passport, or other identity verification documents. Failure to provide this information may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, report it to Tea Baji immediately.

Betting Rules & Terms

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on Tea Baji. These rules apply to all betting markets on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Tea Baji decides otherwise.
• Payouts are calculated based on the odds at the time your bet was placed.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded.
• For live betting, your bet will be confirmed once the system has verified and accepted it.
• Tea Baji reserves the right to decline any bet or set maximum betting limits.

For settling betting results, Tea Baji follows the official outcomes issued by the relevant sports authorities. In the case of any disputed result, Tea Baji's decision shall be final.

Payment & Financial Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on Tea Baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, with a maximum of ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 15–30 minutes, though verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.
• Tea Baji charges no transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can submit a withdrawal request.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Tea Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, upon making their first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement — typically 10–30x the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Tea Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in forfeiture of those bonuses.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tea Baji platform. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.

1. Opening an account in the name of a minor or assisting a minor in placing bets.
2. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
3. Using Tea Baji for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
4. Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
5. Hacking the system, using bots, or placing bets through automated software.
6. Harassing other users or providing fraudulent information.
7. Copying or using Tea Baji's intellectual property without authorization.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Tea Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
